I wanted to make something as powerful as Shadowmourne, but powerful in a different way.
This weapon is equally powerful as shadow, I believe because although its stats are lower its CoH makes the balance. Shadowmourne might be a bit more powerful because of its CoH but what the hell, I like this item.
I'd use it on a Retadin or a Enhancement Shammy, but like all of my items use it with whatever you please.
One more thing! I'd also like this on a Warrior, imagine sunder armor stack 5 times and then this thing's proc goes off, that's enough to bring even the best tank's armor as low as a clothie.
